The Black Forest to taste - don't worry, it doesn't taste woody, but hearty, sweet, regional, fresh and simply delicious!
As a Black Forest hotel with Naturparkwirt cuisine, we take everyone who comes our way into the world of our regional delicacies: local pasture-raised beef specialities, the popular black forest "Brägel" in different variations, seasonal Baden classics and of course our Black Forest tapas are always on the plate.
Chef Kevin Hohnwaldt and his kitchen team spoil our guests all day long with creative, fresh and seasonal cuisine in our house. But there are also simple Baden vespers, Black Forest burgers and a variety of tarte flambée and salads for a quick bite. At tea time (and afterwards) we serve a homemade cake selection and ice cream specialities.
