That is why we, as Nature Park hosts, offer fresh and seasonal products from the region around the hotel. We will be happy to serve you in our cosy dining rooms, the light-flooded Katharinenstube, the rustic Kachelofenstube and the new Black-Forrest-EssBar as well as on our wonderful sun terrace. Convince yourself of the delicious specialities of our restaurant in the Black Forest.
Opening hours
- daily from 7:00 a.m. - 10:30 p.m. (kitchen until 9:30 p.m.), except on our closing days Tuesday and Wednesday.
- on rest days there is a free shuttle to the Waldhotel Restaurant and a SelfService Bar in the EssBar Lounge.
- The EssBar is open until after midnight on Friday and Saturday evenings and on certain festive days.

Enjoyment at any time
In our inn in the Black Forest, we not only spoil our guests with traditional dishes - kitchen director Peter Bernhardt and his team also create unusual Baden delicacies. Everyone will definitely find what they are looking for on our menu. From Black Forest burgers, brägel and tarte flambée to local Hinterwald pasture-raised beef, we want all our guests to leave our restaurant happy.
