The Black Forest to taste - don't worry, it doesn't taste woody, but hearty, sweet, regional, fresh and simply delicious!
As a Black Forest hotel with Naturparkwirt cuisine, we take everyone who comes our way into the world of our regional delicacies: local pasture-raised beef specialities, the popular black forest "Brägel" in different variations, seasonal Baden classics and of course our Black Forest tapas are always on the plate.
Chef Peter Bernhardt and his kitchen team spoil our guests all day long with creative, fresh and seasonal cuisine in our house. But there are also simple Baden vespers, Black Forest burgers and a variety of tarte flambée and salads for a quick bite. At tea time (and afterwards) we serve a homemade cake selection and ice cream specialities.

We authentically stand for the Black Forest region and also source the majority of our products from regional producers within a radius of 50 km. In this way, we also support the local mountain farmers - you could say we are "caring for the landscape with fork and knife".
As part of the Naturparkwirt certification, we are subject to strict controls for a Black Forest experience through and through.
The Nature Park Hosts are a group of committed and creative restaurateurs who have taken up the special features of the Southern Black Forest Nature Park with its people and its products in order to make them available to their guests. The focus is on getting to know, processing and refining local foods, as is the case with Black Forest tapas, for example, according to partly traditional recipes.
