Deposit conditions
The due date for payment is regulated as follows:
Flexible rate:
We ask you to pay a deposit of at least 50% of the total amount (excluding tourist tax and additional services) within 7 days by bank transfer.
When making the transfer, please state the following reason for payment: AZ, GB, your name, your arrival date.
As an alternative to the deposit, you may also provide us with your credit card details (number + expiry date). This will be debited in advance (13 days before your arrival) with 50% of the total price.
The remaining payment is to be made on departure in cash, by EC card, VISA or Master Card.
Non-cancellable rate:
We ask you to pay a deposit of 100% of the total amount (excluding tourist tax and additional services) within 7 days by bank transfer.
When making the transfer, please state the following reason for payment: AZ, GB, your name, your arrival date.
As an alternative to the deposit, you may also provide us with your credit card details (number + expiry date). This will be charged in advance with 100 % of the total price.
Bookings of several rooms
Please transfer the total amount (excluding tourist tax and additional services) for all rooms in advance
When transferring, please state the following reason for payment: AZ, GB, your name, your arrival date.
Alternatively, we ask for a deposit or credit card details for each room individually. Attention here we need the data of the individual rooms first
We ask for your understanding that for organisational reasons a deposit cannot be credited proportionally to different rooms

Our Cancellation Policy
1.) when booking the normal/flexible rates
Cancellation up to 14 days before arrival: Cancellation free of charge is possible up to 14 days before arrival. However, we reserve the right to charge a € 50,- cancellation fee for all cancellations made, even if this is still possible free of charge at the time of cancellation.
Cancellation from 13 to 4 days before arrival: For cancellations from 13 to 4 days before arrival, 50% of the total price will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Cancellation from 3 days before arrival: For cancellations from 3 days prior to arrival we have to charge 80 % cancellation fee. Please note that special cancellation conditions apply during public holidays and holiday periods - see point d).
2.) When booking the non-refundable rate incl. price advantage
no free cancellation is possible. In the event of cancellation, 90% of the total price will be charged as cancellation costs.
3.) for bookings over public holidays (incl. 1 August) and during the Christmas holidays and Carneval
Cancellation up to 28 days before arrival: Cancellation free of charge up to 28 days before arrival.
Cancellation from 27 to 4 days before arrival: Cancellation from 27 to 4 days before arrival: 50% of the total price will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Cancellation from 3 days before arrival: Cancellations from 3 days prior to arrival will incur an 80% cancellation fee.
Further changes
a) These conditions also apply in the event of changes to the number of rooms or persons, the arrival or departure time.
b) Group provisions for 4 rooms or more
All bookings of 4 rooms or more are subject to our group policy
Cancellation up to 28 days before arrival: free cancellation possible up to 28 days before arrival.
Cancellation from 27 to 4 days before arrival: For cancellations from 27 to 4 days before arrival, 50% of the total price will be charged as a cancellation fee.
For cancellations from 3 days before arrival 80% cancellation fee
For group offers and conferences, the contractually agreed cancellation conditions apply.
